The fee for both individual and telehealth sessions is $220 per session. If you obtain a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP you will be provided with a rebate of $98.95, for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Payments can be made securely through our patient management software, Halaxy. Credit or debit card payment are accepted. Full payment is required on the day of your appointment

All sessions are 50 minutes in duration.

Session Fees

NDIS

Kate is able to provide psychology services to participants who are plan or self managed with a current NDIS plan. Sessions are billed as per the current NDIS price guide.

Medicare

You may be eligible for a rebate of $98.95 per session under a current Mental Health Treatment Plan through your GP. Please discus this with your doctor prior to making your first booking if you think you are eligible and would like to access the rebate.

Private Referral

You can access the service as a privately full fee paying client which does not require a referral. Some private health funds provide rebates for this service. Please check with your provider to determine if you are eligible for a rebate.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be busy and unpredictable and this may result in needing to change or reschedule your appointment.

To maintain our quality of care for all clients, we ask that you make contact via our email: info.fireflyps@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance.

Notice of cancellation given between 24 - 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of your session fee.

Notice given in less than 24 hours will incur the full cost of the session.
